GT has been an executive in the hotel industry, working for large global brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, Disney and Carlson for 20+ years. He has a strong background in key areas including Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Distribution. GT has been an entrepreneur since 2003 when he purchased his first Subway franchise in Hollywood, CA. After a hiatus from 2006-13, GT re-entered the Subway franchise system in 2013, with a stated goal of owning 5 Subway locations in 5 years. He is well on his way to this goal, with 3 Subway locations in Los Angeles, CA. As a multi-unit franchisee, GT understands the financial and operational challenges of being a franchisee as well as the QSR market in general.


Since 2011, GT has leveraged his work experience and business knowledge to help clients achieve their business goals. He has a broad scope of capabilities including operational expertise, organizational design, sales generation, business life cycle planning and financial success.

GT is committed to working with Subway franchisees and development agents achieve their present and future goals in this tough QSR climate.

GT has an MBA with a Specialist in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. He lives in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife and three children.
